We open 4H/S depending on Seat, Vul, Feel, and Day of the week.
No real rules, but we don't play Namyats

Over 4H opening we use 4S TO PLAY if the 4H opener was Not Vul in 1st/2nd seat.
Otherwise, I think we play 4S as kickback.
